Call for Nominations for The Kavli Prize 2026

The IAU invites its community to submit nominations for the Kavli Prize in Astrophysics in 2026.

Nominations can be submitted online until 1 October 2025.

Awarded every two years, the Kavli Prize in Astrophysics recognizes scientists for outstanding achievements in advancing our knowledge and understanding of the origin, evolution, and properties of the Universe. It covers fields such as cosmology, astrophysics, astronomy, planetary science, solar physics, space science, astrobiology, astronomical and astrophysical instrumentation, and particle astrophysics.
